• Bulahdelah Bypass: After some years the highway bypass will be completed by Christmas 2011. This is a much awaited development by businesses and residents. • Down Under Brewery resorts have DA approval from Great Lakes Council to operate a brewery business and manage 105 apartments adjacent to the golf course at Bulahdelah.
Not only will this development draw visitors and business, it will be the largest employer in town and create quite a few jobs which will put upward pressure on the limited housing market.
